Taiwanese Cheng Zu's Pepper Buns!

Best pepper buns in Taiwan then! :D 

When Dash first discovered them, via the Galloping Geographer of course, they were so yummy that Dash contemplated investing in them to open a business branch here in Singapore! 

However, two years later, even this year, the standard dropped so much D: Sads.

Hershey's Alert!

Dash spotted a human life-sized Hershey's on the streets of NY last June :D It looks so huggable - and yesh, when Dash waved at it, the Hershey's waved back! :D Schweet! :D

Orange or Grey?

In the first few days after Dash moved house, Dash could not find her comfy work shoes, and had to wear a pair of heels to work. By evening, Dash's feet were so tired that she had to buy a pair of slippers at the shopping mall on her way back home. 

Choice of orange or grey was what Dash needed to make. And orange it was! :D 

(*Nods head* Yesh, things were then still in boxes, and Dash cld not find her slippers too =_= And all this despite Dash's mum giving her the advice to pack one week's worth of clothing and things she need for daily use in a luggage bag before the move. Dash went, "Eh, I should be able to find these things when I need..." Price of not heeding wise words from mum) 

Be Kind, Be Kind, Be Kind

In the badge above, is Singa the Lion : ) He is Singapore's mascot for courtesy, introduced in the late 1970s/early1980s ^_^ Dash still remembers how to sing the first two lines of the Courtesy song and that part of the tune that was taught to students in the 80s: "Courtesy is for free, courtesy is you and me, ..." 

On hindsight now, isn't it strange that we sing of courtesy being free? Wld have thought the strategy is to focus on how courtesy makes life good for all. Hmmm. 

Dash swears that Singa has lost some weight since, or at least Dash distinctly remembered Singa being a lot more huggable. Strange. Another difference: Singa has recently started wearing pants. The first original rendition in the 1980s had him in a red tee (on which is scribed a smiley face). In the past few years, he has been wearing pants/bermudas/shorts. : ) 

Stating the Obvious :D

Dash found these included in the stationery pack distributed at a discussion seminar she was attending sometime in Aug this year. Hurhurh ^_^ 

(However, Dash perhaps should have used the eraser from the other end instead? So that even if the "R" letter is gone, it still spells "Erase"? : ) ) 

New Christmas Cups at Starbucks!

The new designs for 2012 are out! :D Dash's favourite animal on the cup is of course the festive-looking fox! :D 

Can't wait to see the Farbers for Christmas in San Diego! :D :D Whooohooooo! :D
