This is Jokey Smurf. One of Dash's favorite smurfs as a child. Jokey has a very distinctive laughter and loves giving other smurfs, Gargamel and Azrael giftboxes that would explode in their faces. Jokey Smurf is probably a forefunner of terrorism.
