This was a picture Dash took of a forlorn-looking cat sitting on the fence. Location of shot: The open-air table areas deep within Chomp Chomp @Serangoon Gardens.Interestingly, two weeks after the picture was taken, some residents of Serangoon Gardens found that they had the chance to vote in the upcoming elections!
Dash guesses that there must be some residents who, like the cat in the picture, are still sitting on the fence. Ah well, it's T minus 1 Day to Elections!
