saya went to japan and got us some gifts and snacks. thanks saya! in this box of takoyan, we found a write-up on the story of the tako/octopus. saya translated the story of the tako/octopus for wanlin and i last week:
"i was in the ocean and suddenly i found myself in japan. i do not know why i am here. but i accept my fate. i am to become the greatest snack in japan. hope you remember osaka and its greatest snack in japan!"
what a stoic story! triumph of the tako spirit!
