dash stumbled upon "Holy Pizza - The quickest way to heaven" in Bangkok, Thailand in Feb 08. So perhaps there is a stairway at the back of the restaurant too? And oh, check out the sign on the top left of the glass window ... talk about a pluralist view of heaven!
