Last Christmas break, Dash found this delightful book on the adventures of Barbapapa and read it over breakfast one morning. Dash likes the environmental message of loving the creatures in our midst : ) The ark in the story turned out to be a space shuttle that brought the Barbapapas and their animal friends to another planet till the humans clean up their act, literally and figuratively. And this book was published in the 70s! Guess the same problem is still around, and some things still have not changed.
And interestingly, one of Jerry's favourite Children books "Swallows and Autumns" is in this picture! Nice! : ) Dash will attempt to get a read of this book this Christmas! : )
