This is Dash's friend, Jeremy. Jeremy's mannerism and speech always reminds Dash of House. Here in this picture, Jeremy seemed to be in a conversation with his beers, and probably trying to make a convincing philosophical argument to them of how the nihilistic end for them was all inevitable : )
