Because the niece of the Galloping Geographer had accidentally snapped the hanging loop of Ollie the Owl, Dash made a makeshift swing for Ollie from a piece of magazine page in 10 mins' flat.
Perched on this swing, Ollie is now protected from all weather elements :D
