Matsutake Mushroom Madness!

Dash observed that grilled mushrooms appear to be picking up in popularity as a snack there in Taipei : ) Here, in the bustling town of Jiu Fen, Dash spotted in a corner, a little stall selling grilled humungous Matsutake mushrooms :D 

However, what clinched the deal for Dash to buy it was the name of the stall ^_^ (See picture below): 

The translation of the name reads: "Number One Mushroom in the World" :D very much in the style of pugilist claiming to be Numero Uno in the world : )

And yesh, the mushrooms have a good chew texture and both Dash and the Galloping Geographer liked them much :D ONOMNOMNOM
