Taiwanese Cheng Zu's Pepper Buns!

Best pepper buns in Taiwan then! :D 

When Dash first discovered them, via the Galloping Geographer of course, they were so yummy that Dash contemplated investing in them to open a business branch here in Singapore! 

However, two years later, even this year, the standard dropped so much D: Sads.
